Pocket-sized for your convenience

So, my ticket for Regina Spektor cost $38.  Live Nation then charged me a $9 convenience charge along with a $5.50 processing charge (isn’t that the same thing?).  THEN, they had the gall to ask if I wanted to pay an additional $10 (at the least) for immediate shipping.  Needless to say I chose the free it’ll-get-here-when-it-gets-here shipping.  So, my total came to $53.  For REGINA SPEKTOR.  I mean, she’s great, but $53??  Come on.
